Title: New to 250r's
Post by: lawmaster891 on September 17, 2015, 09:42:20 PM
hey yall, im a newbie to 250r's from Fort Worth, Texas. I traded a stock 450r for my 250r. It has an esr 350 engine running on 110 octane, works remote resi suspension, and many other aftermarkets parts that I noticed. i joined this forum to learn more about these quads and to fix some minor issues as well as further modify it.

Thanks guys! Actually I listed my 450r for sale , I had it listed for a while and it wasn't selling. Someone offered to trade me for the 250r, I have always admired the 250r and 2 strokes in general so I decided to trade. I don't ride much during the summer as I am always at the lake wakeboarding and surfing. Plus it gets really hot for riding here in Texas during summer

At this point I don't ride anywhere. I was hoping to ask you.  Recently moved to texas and all my stuff is up is still in Vancouver WA. Looking to buy a house in Elgin and then bring some bikes down.  I am a sand guy and I hear there are some sand dunes in Kermit and then little sahara. Not sure we're else to ride. Texas is huge so there should be some good areas to twist the grip at.

Best regards

I haven't been to the dunes but would like to go to little Sahara. One of my friends just bought a 400ex so we will be doing some riding this winter. All my other friends have dirtbikes

I have a mixture of 2 and 4 wheels. Once I move my stuff down, I'll hit you up. Maybe we can do a trip
