Does anybody have any feed back on either of these two companies as far as port work or top ends go?

Never used FTZ for port work.  And by Hybrid Racing do you mean Pete @ Hybrid Engineering?  If so, a number of us on the forum have used his services which are top notch.

Yes that is who I mean... I've heard people on here mention him before but I didn't know how many have had motor work done or what they thought of it.... Is there a contact number for him?

He has a great reputation but isn't a big shop.  Phone # is (360) 281 - 2274.

He's a great guy to deal with I've had a few motors built by him and love them.

I spoke with him today and my motor is shipping out in the morning.. He sounds like he knows his stuff and his turn around rate he quoted me 2-3 weeks is awesome!   I was going to send it to Bubba ramesy but he had some stuff come up on top of having several motors to build so he said it could be as late as mid April now, so Pete it is!
