when putting a block off plate on the rear brake, is it just remove e brake, an bolt on block off plate? installed block off plate an cant get brakes to bleed now

There is an o ring in there that seals were the rod is that the cable mechanism pushes on the piston to engage the parking brake. I bet it is bad. It is pretty small

Are you bleeding with a vacuum pump or doing it manually?
