Title: Flip-top subframe

Those that have them, what are you using to prevent the flip piece from over rotating? I rigged something up and it works ok but I know there has to be something better. Pics would be great, thanks.

I had the same issue with son's walsh hybrid. I tried a heavy velco strap but that was not enough and ended up using a piece of rope. Not the best looking idea but has worked for a couple years now.

I used aluminum ferrules and wire from the hardware store. Hooked on a seat bolt and subframe. Looked trick and worked great.(http://forums.trx250r.org/vbulletin_imports/54_7628_2017-04-18_6148.png)

Ya that's what I have right now too Lasher lol.

Thanks RedRed for the tip. I knew there had to be a different way. Is there a different chain slider mount on that cr500 swingarm? That R is wicked.

Yes, I actually put a Walsh mount on it. It didn't have a mount it originally and the Walsh mount is much nicer than the Laeger
