Nice Baldwin 1-1/8" anti-vibe clamp powdercoated black and (Renthal, I believe) handle bars also powder coated black.  

$55 for both, plus shipping.

Sounds good.  I will order new ones in the morning if they are sold.  Need them asap to ride.  Thought my new to me stem was 7/8 turns out it is not.
