Title: Leak around cylinder base

So I went to start my quad yesterday and notice a little blue smoke coming from the engine.What I initially thought was an exhaust leak at the pipe turned out to be an oil leak near the bottom of the cylinder.It's right at the corner where one of the bolts that holds the cylinder to the block goes.My question is should I replace the whole top end(piston and cylinder) or just the gasket.Also,could this be indicative of a bigger problem, or just old seals showing their age since the previous owner rode it maybe 3 hours in 10 years.(http://forums.trx250r.org/vbulletin_imports/1810_8029_2017-04-18_8325.jpg)

Have you tried re-torquing them?

No,is it common for them to become untorqued?Where can I find torque specs?

Sometimes it happens & all bolts should be checked periodically for peace of mind, including the chassis bolts. I've found loose head nuts & base nuts before. When you check the head nuts & base nuts if any are out of spec loosen the head stay before bringing them up to torque. You can find a repair manual pdf in the FAQ, tips/how to section of the forum.

I'd build a leak down tester to verify what going on and when it's fixed. Simple insurance to keep the motor from burning down from an unkown leak.
