Title: New to me house

Bought a new to me house. Less then 1 mile away from where we were. 4/2 2 car garage with an RV spot on the side where I can park the Toyhauler.

Plan to put a single car garage door on the backside of the garage so it is easy to get bikes into the backyard. Build a small shop in the back and try to keep the garage clear for at least a car.

House was cosmetically horrible.

Thanks guys, put alot of work into it over the last week. Have a lot more to do. Carpet goes in thursday, then next week the floors get refinished. I'll get some after shots when its all done.

List of major stuff to still do when we have time and $$.
Kitchen
Hall Bath
Master bath(with a jacuzzi tub cause I'm not installing a spa at this house)

landscaping

House is coming along. Have all the painting done. Carpets in. Baseboards and trim are done in the rooms with carpet. Hardwood floor guys do their thing next 4 days. Hang doors Sunday/Monday then to Hawaii for a week. I'll get some pics when the floors are done.

Couple pics of the rest. Kitchen was just quickly painted. Will be redone next year. Cables for TV are temporary until I drop wires in the walls.

Sheetrock is all out. Will do some minor wiring tomorrow and add insulation.

Epoxy for the floor is ordered as well as cabinets. Hope to get everything done and prepped this week so I can coat the floor next weekend. Oh, and also taking out the man door and installing a single car roll up. Will have a shop/shed in back yard and toyhauler is on the side of house. So it will be nice to easily get things through.

Have most everything done. Need to trim out the attic access and door, and install single car roll up on the back side. Been a lot of work but fairly happy with it. Now just need to get everything put away.

19 led cans in the ceiling and a 4ft led under the cabinets for the workbench.
