Was a good weekend, some rain Friday but Saturday was nice and there was a lot of fast bikes, I need a new tranny and a bigger motor, tear down begins

It was packed but was very fun, my kids rode all day Saturday and then trick or treated at night. The tranny is weird it seams like there is no feelings going from neutral to first, so if you are in neutral and then tap the shift lever down to first it doesn't seam to move but it is in gear but doesn't feel right, and then first to second has a big gap and doesn't always want to go into gear. I'm thinking I have a bent shift fork or something going on and it's time to find a over drive tranny or drag tranny, who builds them that people have used and are happy with?
