My brakes have been really squishy for a while, I can't even lock the fronts up and the rear I have to stomp real hard. My buddie said my brake lines are probably wore out and are expanding. They are original rubber lines, anyone heard of this? What brand braided lines should I buy, and where should I buy from?

It's possible Troy cheap easy way to check is bleed the system, if you need a line let me know I'm pretty sure I have a good stock one still.

squeeze the brakes real hard and watch the brake lines, if they move / jump a little, they are expanding. I had the same issue a couple years ago
-
I have bled the brakes a few times with the same result. I can see the calipers move, haven't noticed the lines but I will check again.
-
Stock lines will flex, but you should be able to lock those up. Might be time for a master cylinder rebuild.
Fyi, Braided brake lines helps out dramatically with feel and pressure.

I'm going to get new braided lines, and rebuild the master. Who makes good lines and rebuild kit and where do I purchase them from?
-
Rebuild kit: K&L supply, rocky Mountain, Tucker rocky.
Braided brake lines: Braking
Another thing to look at is the calipers. Make sure your pads are wearing correctly, the pins are not binding and theven pistons are not froze. Rebuild kits are available

So I installed some galfer lines and new pads, my brakes work great now. Now my question is where would I find some clamps for the lines. I have them zip tied right now, otherwise they will rub on the rims.
-
Plenty of peeps making clamps. mod quad, cascade. Pumashine might make some

Don't know what kind of a-arms you have but here's a set for $20 shipped on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-TRX250R-TRX-250R-ROLL-DESIGN-LONE-STAR-BILLET-BRAKE-LINE-A-ARM-CLAMPS-/142117688453?hash=item2116dfd485:g:h9sAAOSwzaJX2ZdX&vxp=mtr

I have leagers, I will have to measure them. Thanks for the heads up.

If the clamps were too big you could always put a piece of rubber or something else under the clamp to take up the extra space. That would protect the finish on your a-arms too.

Mine are 3/4, ordered a new pair for not much more.
