August 4-11 works best for me

I'll be there regardless of the date since it's only 2.5hrs from my house. Hopefully we get a nice turnout for this event.

One thing to think about is people that would like to bring their families, which I think is great, school starts in September. Like I said before I will show up whenever but, it would be awesome if I could bring the family.

Just set a date guys but everything so far have been holiday weekends for that area.

Set a date not sure I'll have enough vacation time left as I use it to see my family in July so sept 8-12 probley won't work for me but if I can make I will be there and my kids start school around August 24 I'll try to make any dates that we set

Dune fest is first weekend in August right? So will want to avoid that. September is probably a no go for me, well take that back, I could go down on the weekend & stay with my dad who lives around there. August or September is fine , gives me time to finish my quad in time.

Dunefest is usually the last weekend in July. So all of August is open as far as I know

IMO, kind of hard to commit to a riding trip 9-11 months in advance especially for the more local guys. Hope some of the out of state folks make it up North!

Easier for me if a date is set cuz I have to schedule my vacation in advance

I know it does seem hard to plan something that far away because of the unknown but how else can do it? The guys that go to the silver lake ride make plans almost a year in advance.

Seems like out here there's more business owner just hard to say an exact day sometimes even a week in advance.

I voted August. Kids go back to school late August and don't want them to miss much school. July works as well. Rather it be a non-holiday.

Nice to see some more activity. I think it's very wise to choose a date when all our kids can be there. The kids will talk about for years to come how one time they saw all these old guy riding loud old smokey quads ripping around on the Oregon coast

Getting the ATV card isn't a big deal really. On the other hand it's just a way for Oregon to make a few bucks. I have had the ATV card since they started requiring them and have not been checked once. What's the point!

Seems like Reedsport does just to the north Jeremy but that'd be a better question answered by a guy like [MENTION=74]traxman[/MENTION].

Jeremy they have it all right there in Winchester bay. The marina has fresh water, dumping station, and public showers. Reedsport has several places to buy race gas and a cool little mom and pop parts store. No need to worry

I don't even bring my card out in the dunes. You are supposed to bring your driver's license and ATV card... Like I want to lose those lol
