Title: Not new to riding at all, fairly new to owning my R

I have been riding all powersport toys starting from 5yrs old.  Grew up on a farm and earned enough cash to buy my first at 10yrs old.  Fixed it up, sell, get better machine, repeat...I have had almost twenty 3&4 wheelers, a dozen sleds, dirt bikes etc .  always wanted an R and finally got one a while ago.  Lots of goods on it, including laegers arms all the way around.  I believe the fronts are +2+1, and the swinger is +2 but how do I measure them to be absolute on that?  I'd like to get new suspension all the way around, or at least rebuild/revalve the ohlins that are on it, but I need to make sure they are the proper fitment before dumping cash into them.  Any help is appreciated!
Its an 88', the arms have been repowdered, and I found some laeger decals to put on.  Ill get pics posted eventually.

This is definitely a project in the works for me. I have had years of dreaming how i want it but this is a good start.  i'll post as i go but this will take years haha.  I have soda blasted the cases, cylinder and side covers, have a new bore/piston/crank to put in.  just have to save up to get new bearings for the motor.  as for right now it sits with the laegers arms, +2 axle, anti fade nut, wave rotors, s. braided lines, houser anti vibe steering stem, pwr radiator, sst pipe esr silencer, esr ex. flange and air box delete, zmp (maier) plastic, ac nerfs, ohlins shocks, 38mm air striker...more i'm sure.
