will they bolt up....yes but without working them it will not be the ideal setup.  Everything I have seen and heard is they need to be shortened and re-valved to work correctly.  give a shock shop all call and see what they say.  site sponsor:  http://www.schmidtyracing.com/ or any number of other shock shops

I have a set of 450R shocks on my 250R. They bolt up no problem as others have stated. They are too long as well, that being said..... Mine were a great improvement over the blown out stockers that I took off. The shocks I bought were re-valved and set up for a 240lb rider. Seeing how the 450 is heavier than the 250 it worked out great for me as I am 280. The only complaint I have is the stance of the bike. It sits up high in the front when it's sitting. Thanks Loren

Holy cow mine were a total upgrade as well Loren. I went from stockers to the 450's and they felt like peps or axis. haha. Like you said even with +2 a arms mine still sits high in the front.
