Well I guess I'll post up my build, thanks to 312r1, sameltoe and other for parts!
The list:
Arens pro-peg chassis w/nerfs
Houser 88/89 swingarm
Houser +2 normal travel front end
Houser +2 Steering stem
Houser wristrester
ported pro-x 310 running c12 and castor 927 at 32:1
ESR trx5 pipe and silencer
RPM:axle, carrier, anti-fade
RPM front billet 450r hubs and rear billet hubs
Streamline front/rear rotors
Laker plastics
CR Ignition with vforce3 reeds
APT 36MM smartcarb
Duncan front bumber
Hiper Tech3's with goldspeed 20x10-9 and 21x6-10 tires
Took me about 4 months to collect all the parts I needed while I was away on business
Got home and rebuilt it in 3 weeks, 2 of which were waiting on the powder coater with the frame
The frame beginning:

Is that a new Arens frame? If so, what's the price? I did a search to see if they are still making them and came across this interesting interview: http://atvscene.com/atv_interviews/john-arens-9-27-99

No they stopped making them years ago. They are "OEM" replacement frames and are know for being very strong
Houser is the same way, no longer made and also considered to be very strong parts
I built this with the idea it should last me a while, as i'm very very hard on parts
-
So what carb is that and what size is it
-
Its a 36MM billet APT smartcarb. They are the new buzz in the 2 stroke world.
I have noticed a lot more efficiency (MPG), no jetting needed, easier starting, maybe a tad bit more top end power and more useable power throughout the entire rpm (I think it just because it breaks fuel down to smaller drops and the jetting is spot on)
-
How much is one of those carbs
-
$750, they are coming out with a cast version in the $300 range
-
Came out awesome man! Glad I could hook ya up!
I really wanna check out a apt carb!
I might have to look into those lakers too! Preety good look!

I almost forgot with the ccp...
450r unit, and ask for a 250r arm. The 450 is a bit longer.
-
interesting. I was mounting mine from the rear side of the steering stem
maybe I will try that before I get a mount made
