Post by: hickwheeler on December 30, 2017, 08:23:58 PM
Got to play with a 44 mil lectron today. It is on the pilot cylinder motor of the quad I sold my cousin. I was very happy with the way it ran and tuned in. It was easy

I have a 38mm lectron if you want to buy it to try.  I will sell at a good price as it needs a new metering rod seat because it leaks.  lectron charges $75 for the rebuild.

let me know.

Well got home tonight. Package from lectron with parts in mailbox. So decided to convert the alky lectron I had to gas for the 330. I eyeballed the metering rod to the length of the one I just got from Packard. Installed it and the thing runs. Idles good and seems crisp wracking the throttle. Think I'll throw on some dirt tires tomorrow and see how it goes. But for just throwing it on there and no real tuning. I'm impressed again
