If anyone is looking for replacement/spare Fullbore fender grommets and bushings this is what I used:
McMaster Carr part number 9307K17 (push in grommet). come in packs of 50.
McMaster Carr part number 94639A355 (unthreaded spacer). come in packs of 100.
