Title: Rear Shock for CR500 Linkage
Post by: havinnoj on March 27, 2018, 05:16:21 PM
Gents - as I've talked to Axis shock vendors for CR500 linkage setup, I was surprised to find out most recommend single rate over dual rate springs.  Mainly this is because the link already provides progression. Curious from those that have CR500 linkage - what shock setup do you have / like / or wish you had.

I love my PEP ZPS dual rate spring rear shock on my laeger.  Now I am not a racer just ride trails and sand dunes but I have never ridden anything smoother

Both Maul Tech and Motowoz recommended i do single rate on my CR500 link when i bought new shocks.  So I did.  For comparison, Motowoz has my No Link setup with dual rate as well as my Texierea Tech link on my 450r.
