weather was excellent today mid 70's mostly sunny slight breeze not hot not cold.
atvguy and myself went out riding for about 4 hours of ride time. diden't take to many breaks all woods mostly technical trails and a few balls out trails. atvguy had 1 of his 10 250r bikes out he calls his woods beater. front sprocket kept loosing up. but we did not have any major catastropies. my 4 mil banshee was spot on today ripping through the faster trails 5th and 6th gear front end coming up exzillerating. like tunnel vision. I got a little wheel wobble at close to top end. gonna have to take a look at that. I will probable wake up tomorrow in a coma for me at 59 years old i'm gonna feal it.

Question for you, How wide are the extensions on your lift ? I have the same unit (HF) and am going to build a set of extensions so my quads fit on the lift, I was thinking 12" ? 14" ? do you find the added ramps off the end necessary ?
Thanks

the ramps are a must. I tried to lift the bike on it and fu-- that. here are some pics on how I did it. I also cut a little off the front and the back so to down size it to fit the area I use it in. I drilled through the frame of it and put in 1 inch sold steel bars for support. on the top of the table there is a lip that is vertical about 3/4 inch I attached the extensions to that with 1/4 20 bolts. also the 1 inch bars are bolted directly to the side of the extensions. I also had to make an exstension for the foot pump. I have not made one for the release on as of yet. the side exstensions are made out of stainless 1/8 th it works awesome for what I need it for.

as far as how wide I made the table wide enough to put a 50 inch wheel base.

Thank you
I've seen them anywhere from 48" to 55" wide and many racing sanctions/tracks limit width to 48" so I figured that would be a good starting width. Similar mounting is normal, but solid bar stock seems overkill and heavy, but you use what's handy. I hadn't figured in ramps, but don't want to lift anything that awkward or heavy either, So I'll add ramp materials to the list. I think I remember seeing pic's of the underside of the lift, but thanks for those.
