Welcome to the best R forum! Lots of great guys here that will help you out.
Looks like the pics aren’t showing up.. hmm I’ll notify a mod to look into it. I’ve seen these pics recently so I’m not sure what the problem is. Possibly a problem with the host.

Welcome to org. We lost a lot of pics from photobucket and when the site upgraded.
No heat treatment required
Here are a few pics

Welcome to the site. Hopefully Tony can re-link those pics quickly - looks like they've been moved on the hosting site so might need to be re-uploaded in general.

Thank you guys ! I just want to make sure while the bike is apart that it’s done right the first time . Do you guys recomend the standard or complete kit from Pumashine?

I have welded a few frames and gusset kits. It is important to use the correct wire size a voltage on your mig welder. What size welding machine will you be using? I use a miller 250 with.030 solid wire. I believe I was at around 17 volts(cant remember wire speed). I also used my TIG machine to fix some cracks and replace motor mounts. TIG looks better, but is slower and not worth it lol. I do not pre-heat or control the cool down. Good luck, Loren

i would recommend installing all of the gussets, so a complete kit. you dont want to go strip your frame down later to gusset something you could have done the first time.

Thank you I was kind of assuming that’s what I should do ! Do it right the first time while it’s all apart
