Title: New guy saying Hi

Hi everyone, my name is Phil I'm from Syracuse NY. I just picked up my first 250r about a month ago. I've owned wheelers most of my life and always had yamaha's. Super excited to have my R. It's a 1989, fresh stock motor and some decent aftermarket goodies on the rest of the bike. I stripped it down to the bare frame and did the pumashine gusset kit, blasting and painting the frame next week. Glad to be on here for some extra knowledge, added a pic from the tear down.

Welcome to .org. Looks like it was in pretty nice shape before the tear down but everything can be improved upon.

White is a good choice for frame color. Definitely a favorite of mine
