Title: HLS shocks elites
Post by: Quinnlt4 on August 10, 2013, 02:06:23 PM
Has anyone ran these on there Rs? I was thinking maybe getting a set but they come in dual rate. I am ride the dunes mainly and was wondering if triple rate would be a better route.

I met a guy at the track last night with a set of Hls non-rezzy's setup for TT. I know totally different than what your looking at but he seems to like them alot. Very nice shocks for the price is what everybody says,no matter which ones they are!

My other option is some peps for around the same price. Just don't know if i want triple rate or dual I have only heard good things about gtthunder.

I have the HLS elites on my XC bike. Absolutely love them, and dealing with Laz at GThunder was great.

Dual rates will be fine for the dunes

I'd definitely get the HLS over the check ball piston PEP's.  The internals are much better and to get the PEP's to work to their full potential the pistons would need to be changed.
