Title: TM DesignWorks Exhaust Collar
Post by: havinnoj on February 23, 2021, 08:55:04 PM
Hey guys, I stumbled across these - anybody use them?
https://www.tmdesignworks.com/p-195-2-stroke-exhaust-collar-pn-ec-250.aspx

I use Cascade clamps for standard 1” stingers but nobody makes a nice aluminum clamp for big bore 1-1/8”.  Duncan makes one for the Zilla but the internal collar won’t work with our pipes.  So i just used high temp silicone hose that is stepped 1.250 up to 1.375 with hose clamps on the ends.  Wondering if the TM collar might be a cleaner solution.

I have used TM in the past. Worked well, no leaks. I remember the fitment being super tight and was difficult to get the silencer on/off. A little grease might help.

I have one just like that I got in a parts lot but I never used it until recently. I used it as a spacer to pull a crank in & it worked awesome for that.
