As many have already seen Mr. Brian May is making a rear replacement link (as is Mr. Sonny Fricia) he’s also working on a complete rear linkage. Passing the info along.

I think it's a great idea! I'm not sure if I could get past the sticker shock honestly. If there aren't parts available to rebuild the oem linkage we may all be buying one of these in the future. I'm glad we still have people out there that are willing to take time out of their lives to keep our R's running.

Sharing the latest on the linkage.

I saw someone on fb reference "brian may" for making a standard forked linkage, I presume with needle bearings. Does he, or someone make that style as well?

Curious to see how these linkages run in the real world, look sweet!

Thanks Joe!
For the oe linkage, make sure the moly paste you use for grease is >40% molybdenum (e.g., Loctite 8012)
The ~2% stuff you get at the auto parts chain is NOT sufficient to protect the high pressure plain bearings.

Bryan May is no longer offering the linkage. I believe Sonny is going to make them now. I’ll post more when I find out for sure.
