Anybody know the actual toyo number on the 86/87 swing arm bearing?
-
The bearing dimensions are 20x26x30. I just usually type in the bearing dimensions and bearing type to get the part number or at least the bearing manufactures catalog page. In this case it’s a drawn cup needle bearing. I’ll see what I come up with.

Thanks, trying to come up with some dimensions to make a removal tool.

Started to make something, then I didn’t have time. Came home and started looking, hmm 2 stiff drinks later I got one out with 2 sockets a touch of heat and a piece of all thread!

Here’s the nomenclature on the swing arm bearing.

for 86/87, doesnt someone make a hard poly version?

I’ve also seen a few others on the FB pages make some over the years,

Great information. I already bought a rebuild kit with needle bearings in it. I need to speak up for better advice before buying stuff. I got so much I want to do to this quad. Powder coat (no idea ) need a exhaust clamp for a PT and fat boy, when you buy aftermarket a -arms do they come with bushings? Looking for rebuild kits for master cylinder and all 3 calibers. Got a long way to go. Slowly but surely new parts are starting to pile up.

Aftermarket a-arms will be ready to bolt on if you buy them new... I've rebuilt 2 complete sets of brakes using Shindy rebuild kits & have no complaints, there high quality parts. If you need a rear mc push-rod Suzuki part number 69670-00A00.

Any idea where this goes? I can’t find a home for it. It wasn’t on or bolted to the quad when I got it.

Lower chain slider. Bolts to the frame.
