Title: Hydraulic Clutch options

Hey fellas,  I am trying to alleviate some hand/wrist issues that I have been having. I am looking to do something about the extremely stiff clutch pull on my 391. I know some of the stiffness is from the worn out clutch perch adjuster. I am thinking it may be time for a hydraulic clutch. I really only find a Magura listed for a 250r.  Are there any other hydraulic clutches out there?
Let me know what you have for ideas.

Magura, is by far the best option IMHO.   I think these are the numbers you need.  Part# 1011630009 | Mfg Part# 0120522-10

I bought a used Magura hydro clutch that ended up having a bad slave cylinder so I was never able to try it out. I did alot of searching only to find Magura does not make or sell a rebuild kit for the slave cylinder, they only have rebuilds for the master. The slaves cost $80 to replace so if you buy a used clutch don't pay over $100 like I did because you'll end up having more into it than a new one cost.

Loren,
Magura and Streamline are (were) the only two. Streamline has since discontinued theirs. I Purchased one new when they were out. i like the fit better than the Magura but the Master leaked from day one.

So your left with a Magura. Like Kevin mentioned new is the way to go. Cost wise it doesnt make sense to rebuild them.

Did you look on AMAZON ?

There are a lot of different ones....and cheap (but they do come from CHINA)

Do you happen to know the part number for that slave? I did exactly what you did (I think I paid 60 bucks though) and bought a used master I found and have not been able to identify the exact replacement.

0612-0041 this is what I came up with. I'm finding it listed $79-$89. I know that the 1st gen slaves were prone to failure over time. The push rod would wear through the seal. The slaves have been updated so I wouldn't worry about it with a new set up. Yes this is the cheaper route but in my experience I rather just order a new one and cry once.
