Title: Looking for a piston
Post by: Texas30cal on September 22, 2021, 10:18:48 PM
Been looking for weeks, found several sellers that say they have it only to get refunded, looking for wiseco 66.75mm for long rod motor. Thanks!

Good luck finding pistons.  I have a lot of engines and cylinders in my shop that have had pistons on order for over 6 months.  I need the pistons before I can bore them and get them put together.

Don't blame me I voted for Trump. :)

I thought about milling the window in the intake skirt and using the spacer plate but didn’t really like the idea of the plate being visible , I know it’s not a big deal really but I just want things as clean as possible.

If you use the '86 style piston you don't have to machine it.....just add the Spacer Plate and another base gasket and you're good to go!  ;D
