Installed the cylinder.  Piston is real close to deck height at TDC.  Piston is even with the exhaust and transfers at bdc.

Curious how you got a 350 CEO, the website only shows stroker motor opitons and has for awhile... I'ld like a 350 too.

i got mine from LED you have to call him but i do not know if he sells them any more last i heard was i got the last one from him for awhile. i think he switched to only cpi cylinders. i was going to go 300 or 310 but those weren't available and he only had the 350.

Got er’ broke in.   Didn’t really have time to work on the jetting.  Had a 190 main in it and it was definitely too fat.  I was riding my 450R most of the time.

I don’t have time to ride much so it’ll be awhile.  Greg Huntley on Facebook has a lot of seat time on both ESR and led CEOs.  I’ve been messaging him a lot.  I could probably get you in touch with him if you want.  R u on Facebook?

No worries I’ll be lurking around here when you get a ride report. I can barely keep up with the Facebook pages. Too much clutter from the kids lol. At least if the R pages are anything like the diesel or performance boat pages I’m on.

It was running like shit, wondering now if it was just fat jetting or maybe I have another issue as well.  Ignition?  On the face of a dune, it wouldn’t pull.  No power.  Under load, fat jetting should run a little better.  Thinking out loud here. What do you guys think.  I’m running original stock ignition.  I’ve got a cr ignition but I didn’t want to change too much at one time.

I know as soon as I started running a cr ignition on my 391 it fixed a lot of what I thought was tuning issues.  The 391 ruined 2 flywheels some how? Not sure if the magnets were already falling apart and the bigbore power finished them off or if they both suffered an instant catastrophic failure. Have you tried another oem cdi?
What are you running carb and jet wise? I went with Pete's jetting starting point advice but ended up going fatter on the main.

I haven’t tried another cdi.  I was just trying to break-in.  I really only opened it up on one short ride.  I have 38 pwk AS.  Went with Eddie’s recommendations.  48 pilot, dgh 4th pos, and 190 main.

my hunch is that it was bogging on the face of the dune because the 190 main was way too fat

I would think you are rich. I run 185 or 182 with a 41.5
