One of the guys from about 10hrs away broke some stuff on Friday practice and I invited him over to get all fixed. Race on Saturday was good, we got caught waiting on the second pro Moto and it was pretty late in the day. Like 5:30pm. Lap 3 my quad just died. I thought something was messed up, turned out it was just the cdi came un plugged.
Day 2 track was rough as f. Insane breaking bumps that tossed the quad all over and made it hard to stop. Very deep ruts in corners. You couldn’t sit down anywhere. Man handling the quad with all your strength to get it go where you wanted. Very fun though
Pro Bryce Ford had his quad and riding gear with a Dallas Cowboys theme. Hetrick had a Houston Texans themed quad, but I didn’t see it

:o I guess summer is in full force. Temps in the 90s and dew point in the mid 70s.
Track was super fun to ride. Unfortunately the R and I didn’t have what it takes takes to hang with the +35 class for more than a couple laps. The +35 class is pretty all former pros that now have grey/balding hair. Fast old guys on fast built 450s. Finished 7 out of 7. Good times though
The PEPs from SF showed up in time to put on my sons blaster. Made a huge difference in how fast he could go, but similar story he’s racing against mod 250s and 400ex Finished 3/5 due to someone dns each Moto.
