We have designed a high volume stainless steel intake for Roll Design TRX 250R. Because the stock intake isn't able to flow enough air for big bore cylinders.

This is a view through the air filter end of the intake.

The tube is oval so it clears the shock though out suspension travel.

We are building a limited number of these intakes. If you are interested please contact Arlan at 503-522-2465.

Holy wow,killer job guys!!!
-
Wow that is nice. Anything for a stock frame set-up?
-
Those look awesome!

He had something up on his facebook page awhile ago fora stock frame... pretty fair price too!

We build a hi volume intake for stock frame TRX and for the 4 strokes as well. That is one of our best selling items. It optimizes the intake track length, and improves air flow. On the stock frame 250R intake we form a velocity stack shape after the straight section at the carburetor mouth and then use a cone to step up to a large mouth air filter. This shape gives us a large plenum area to hold filtered air and the divergence of cone broadens the power band. The cone shape helps us maximize the intake volume in the space we have and organizes the air so it is coming straight into the mouth of the carburetor. We always see hp gains with this design. The more hp the engine is making the higher the gains.

Thank you!

Do you make one for a laeger framed/ CR500 link combo?
Looks sick. Id like to have one to replace my stock intake boot. Unfortunatly i would still want to use some sort of airbox. running in mud is no bueno on open filters.
-
Very nice. Glad to see LED making new products for the TRX250R, especially something that is only for no-link set ups. Even more impressive.
-
arlan very good job! they look great!
-
Wow! Badass
-
Wow very cool! I wish I could run without an airbox I'd be all over this.
-
We will probably add an air box to the intake this winter when we are not so busy.

Now we're talkin! This IS when I will buy one for sure! I just can't afford the chances of water with no box
-
Sign me up for one also for a CR500 link narrow Laeger frame with an airbox
-
I will buy one for sure if you do come up with one with an air box. Something that I keep telling myself I was going to do and never get around to doing it.
-
I want two airbox setups

Make that two.

If you made a Laeger No-Link intake setup with an airbox...i'd put a down payment on it tomorrow

Id love to find something too. Might try the yfz intake with troybilt and white chassis air box setup

Make that two.
Three

See my signature? Airbox or not, I'm interested, too. I mostly ride the dunes, so no airbox is fine.
-
I believe he has these in stock (Intake without airbox). I don't think Arlan checks this site often. Best to call or message through FaceBook
Best Regards

This ^^ seen a post today on Facebook that they had some made up
-
Anybody know if they've made an intake for a lobo to run an airbox yet?
-
Unfortunately they have not. I am in the que to bring a bike in once they are a little less busy. I await the call. Next time I am at his shop I will remind him and see how busy they are. I think putting some $ down might help the progress.

For gods sake let him work on my junk first. :ride:

So I did talk to Arlan. He is on board for building them. I need to get my bike too him, but that will be a while, as I am riding it. More details to come.
Best regards

That's great to hear. I'd definitely be interested. Post some pics of your quad, for temporary entertainment lol
-
Will do. Its a bit of a scab. But I can definitely show how the LED intake and BB exhaust fit the frame.
I'll post in a day or two.
Best regards
-Jason.
