Welcome Logan, this is a great place for gaining knowledge. We have some members who have had their 250r’s since the 80’s. So they know everything about these iconic machines. Thanks for joining the forum. If you have time go ahead and start a build thread so we can all share in your experience.

Welcome to the forum & the 250R world. It's always cool to see the younger folks getting into badass old machines & keeping them alive. Once you get it done & ride it for the first time you'll be hooked like the rest of us.

If you're noit already aware, you'll need a few special tools to complete an engine rebuild properly (without damaging things). The Honda service manual is a good resources. Some experience helps too, so if you have questions, be sure to ask. Parts can be expensive and some hard to find, so best to go in deliberately.

Loganwars1 - Welcome to the ORG :D
Once you get your Engine all back together.....be sure to do a LEAK DOWN TEST!
Can't stress enough about how important this is.....If you have a leak...it'll run lean and all your work & money will be for nothing.
