The freshly plated hardware will look really nice. I think that's a detail that makes the work look complete.

I'm doing a Denton build with a different take....I'm building a 250r with as many Denton parts from when he had his shop as I can along with some other vintage parts....The motor even has the original cylinder off of Gary's quad....

I can refinish the fronts in a day, and rear in another day if I don't have to drop the girts too low. Otherwise, Maier would save some time for sure. Re-finishing is tedious.

Where did you get the Zinc coating done in Ontario.. or did you have to send it outside Canada to be done?
Thanks.

Muthahucker - I found a place in Scarborough.....Space Electroplating Inc. - 195 Bartley Dr (416) 757-1148 They did everything for $185cdn - I wire wheeled everytthing first so it was clean. Quick turnaround too....had it done in a week.

Well I Finally got around to grooving the 18x9.5-8 WAN DA Tires (Turf Tamer knock-off)

The tread pattern was slightly different, so I hope I did them right.

Geez! I think it’s been over 20yrs since I’ve grooved a set of tires!
