The OE seals (91206-965-003, 19x25x3) are discontinued.
These are a single lip, hard seal, meaning the outside diameter is likely metal encased in rubber.
91303-KA3-732, 19x25x4.1 is a suitable replacement.
These are a single lip, soft seal used primary it seems for sealing kickstart levers.
The extra 1mm width is a thin lip on the sealing side of the seal. It can be trimmed off easily by placing the seal upside down in the lever bore, and trimming the edge with a razor. If not, there is a small amount of friction in the action of the lever that wouldn't be there otherwise, as the seal protrudes slightly above the lever's plane so will rub on the washer and frame.

I've ordered a 7410 (pretty common seal) from my bearing supplier.
It measures:
19.05mm ID
25.37mm OD
3.18mm width.

I'll let you know how well it works :D

Yea if that works, that would be great. I couldn't find anything in metric.

Let us know if it works!

Well I Installed the #7410 Seal....it's a really close fit.....I used my hydraulic press so it would press it in perfectly square....and it worked!
It is a Steel shell with a single lip rubber seal.....so a dab of paint after install wouldn't be a bad idea to stop it from rusting.
