Title: Briarcliff MX
Post by: zcarlson12 on October 07, 2024, 08:32:06 AM
Went to Briarcliff mx for the Digging Deep ATV Podcast ride day over the weekend. Had a great time and the track was mint. One double to flat I wasn’t hitting because I had overshot it earlier and it did not feel the best haha. Also may need to check my clutch, seemed like it wasn’t pulling like it normally does but was making lots of noise. Enjoy

Yea, do you know what the porting/pipe combo is roughly? It sounds like you felt like you needed to keep it in a lower gear to keep the rpm's up.

I bought the engine second hand honestly ready to go as a package but I believe it is a 380 CPI Lynx ported by Dave Moore, 350G pipe, 39mm PWK, Vforce reeds, Zeeltronic ignition, LED intake with Uni filter, Rekluse clutch. Been running 15/38 gearing and love it. I’m sure you all know but Dave is a great guy and literally just got off the phone with him tonight about the clutch and how to move forward. I’ll know more when I pull the cover but I have one of his adjustable clutch lifters to try If the clutch pack looks good.
