What is the story behind this float bowl? Is it just a cool billet part or????

They relocate the Pilot Jet & Main Jet....so they can be replaced without removing the carburetor.

DMR incorporated thumb screws so the only tools required are a screwdriver to remove the pilot jet and a 6mm nut driver to remove the main jet.

It's a real game changer!

The main jet can already be replaced without removing the carb or the float bowl but being able to swap pilots without removing the bowl is a nice feature.

-Where are the holes located in the float bowl that feed the pilot and main jets their fuel?
