site feature not working @havinnoj, a site member mentioned that the "show unread posts since your last visit" feature  isn't working for him.  Any input on this?

side note...It does work for me on both my Iphone and desktop

Re: Not shifting
Couldnít tell you the last time it was torn apart. Iím thinking itís a clutch issue being the issue I have and when down shifting with the clutch pulled in it kind of clunks. In other words feels like the clutch isnít completely disengaging. Which leads me to think itís a clutch problem. How could I tell if the clutch discs are worn?

look up the service manual online  or get a hard copy (my suggestion).  measure the clutch free spring length,  measure clutch disc thickness (fibers and plates).  check for clutch disc warpage.  check the clutch center and clutch outer (hub and basket) for excessive wear/grooving.  check the starter idler gear and clutch outer guide.  all the service limits are in the service manual.

Also, a good set of 0-1"  mic's and 0-6" calipers are worth every penny.  a small surface plate is useful also.  clean the engine before tearing into it.  don't forget to order a new clutch cover gasket when ordering parts.

Re: best +2 +1 a arms for stock frame for woods and dunes So your options are new Walsh (not sure how long you'll wait to get them made). Roll..expensive but nice. JD...best bang for the buck. I say get the JD and then with the money saved to you get even better shocks.  I think all would have to handle the same due to using 250R spindles.

clutch actuator arm bearing the top actuator arm bearing is discontinued (91002-HA2-003).  The oem bearing is stamped NTN HMK 1010.  easy enough to find a replacement if ever needed.  just look up the NTN number online (NTN is a bearing manufacturer) or have your local bearing house hook you up.
