Well this race didn't go according to plan at all. Was late leaving the line and ended up third on the holeshot. Then right before the end of the first lap, my shifter broke. I was able to get it back to the pits and wrench it into third gear and get back out on the track. But lugging the motor must have had ill effects on it as it blew out the exhaust flange and I lost power significantly. Had better days that's for sure. Still ended up with a 5th place finish and am still holding 3rd in the championship even after missing two races earlier this year. Only one race left. Should have the ol' girl back up and running by then. Hope you guys enjoy the vid.

Curious, are all the TORN races around the Dallas area?

For the most part, yes. Usually within a 2 hour drive of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The first half of the season is usually tracks to the north and west of Fort Worth and the second half of the season is usually tracks to the south and east of Dallas. They try and accommodate everyone as best as they can around here.
