anyone have any interesting setups for summertime outdoor cooking?  here is my portable rotisserie.  adjustable height and variable speed controller.  I might build a fire box for underneath (lump charcoal)?  we like to do suckling pigs.

Thats a nice rotisserie Joe, did you make it? I don't have anything fancy but an old friends dad made a huge trailer mounted spit for doing whole hogs. He would use it when his boy had work parties but it was almost torture to have to smell it all day while we were working.

thats a sweet rotisserie. been doing alot of smoking lately. today its spare ribs and rib tips :)
just made a standard dark brown sugar based rub, and using the 3-2-1 method using half hickory half applewood.

Those look sweet, I want a rib lol.  This is a little different than what u guys posted but I do a lot of outdoor cooking.  I just finished this a few months ago before it got too hot outside.
