I was able to finish my new Laeger build a couple days before this race and decided to give it a go. I will definitely be attending more races with this series. Everyone is super nice and all wanted to know about the old R which made the build worth it even though riding it is enough for me lol. I definitely need to make some adjustments as far as suspension setup goes, mainly just lower my ride height and stiffen up the CCP stabilizer. I also tried a new gearing setup, 14-38, so I'll have to get used to that as well. A little background on this race, there were a lot of firsts. First race back from my injury last year, first race on this few day old build not to mention first race of the year. These aren't excuses for my finish at all I just know I'm much faster than what the video will show. At one point I ended up letting one of the guys by, mainly because I'm still a little gun shy at going full blast. No doubt about it the guys that race this series are fast, most of them racing nationals. Anyway, here are some pics and video. The youtube video is of the second moto and I have a few others I'll try to post from the first moto that were taken from a cell phone. Enjoy and thanks for checking it out!

Those guys are fast, but I have seen you do better than that. Don't fret. It will take you a little bit to get comfortable with the new build. Hopefully we will get to meet next time at Silver Point.

Thanks guys. Ya I intend to do better at Silver Point Ryan. I'd say this is my favorite track dem3500. It's got a little of everthing.
