Is there a cheaper easier to find version of the Baldwin cable guide out there? I'm not sure if I have a stock one around so I'm just looking for ideas. I might make one too.

I never seen anyone but Baldwin make them.  i believe Baldwin recently sold off all the old inventory of the cable guides.  cheapest option is to use the stock guide or look for a used Baldwin guide.  Maybe someone hoarding a new one will sell it to you  for what it cost new but i doubt it.

If Tony doesn't make them get in touch with Craig Greenwood at Barnharts Honda in PA.  You can find him on the various R pages on facebook.  He can fill you in as he will have these and airbox plugs available.

Did you want them made of aluminum like the Baldwin? Or do I make some shiny ones?

Aluminum for sure. I'm all about function and weight savings.
