Nice project!

I miss having a bike. My mom was a dirt bike rider lol so I started out on one. Old Suzuki ds 80. Then a cr80 and so on. I would really enjoy a 250 on my property.

Here are a couple of pictures from yesterday’s ride,I had to go easy the chain is stretched and the rear shock needs a rebuild so it’s quite bouncy.she runs strong and starts on first kick..I sold some parts this week so I’m going to get some parts ordered for it..

These old chromoly frame CR's aren't that cheap anymore. Just like with the R, older CR parts are becoming more scarce & the prices continue to go up. The 96 I picked up for 600 back in May is a basket case & even though I already spent 700 on parts to start a resto I'll still be sinking at least another 1500-2k on it to make it a nice rider.

meh, we are going through a bubble, I hope.  all these people forced to stay at home have got the recreation market bonkers right now. i mean people are asking $3500 for mid 90s warriors!

I think some bikes are way over priced at the moment and others are just becoming more collectible and rare.we shall see.I buy my stuff to enjoy if I sell and make a profit that’s a bonus to me..I personally like to find stuff and make deals.to me that’s half the fun..
