Cool mark me down for a vehicle/trailer in there.  We can book 6 months ahead of time so that means Feb 13 should be available online to reserve.  I have a calendar reminder set up lol.

Alright guys, this is 8 months away!  With that said, I believe camping spots go on sale early next year - let's discuss:
1. Camping spots - same or different?  More spots (to North or South or both)?
2. What we liked from last year?
3. What we want to see different for next year?

I  am planning on snagging the same spot as last year and getting the next spot to the south. Each site can have 5 vehicles and 20 people. I will reserve them as soon as they come available.
As far as events go.....
 1) Drag racing ( seemed to be a lot of fun last year right in front of camp)
 2) Timed barrel race
 3) Timed relay race
 4) Wheelie contest
 5) Group ride (herding cats)
 6) Meet and greet lunch
 7) Group pictures (hope Gene makes it this time lol)
 8) Campfire BS sessions every night at my camp (bring your own chair and beverages)

These are just a few ideas I have floating around in my head.

Good feedback Loren, I second a lot of that especially the Gene photo Op thing.  But hey 3rd times a charm, right :D

What are you thinking about the relay race?  A poker run could be fun too but would require some of us/family/friends to help out.

Need to do picture earlier. So I don't have so much on my mind. I don't even remember why I missed it this year.

The relay race could be a 100 yard dash down and back or a course we set up. I was just thinking of something that I could get my boys involved in. Have 2-4 man teams with a baton hand off.
Doing timed events will add a safety factor as you wouldn't have racers getting tangled up with each other.  Each team would do the relay one at a time. We have "race officials " log each teams time and so on. Repeat the process for the barrel race. Let's also think about getting a starting light/drag racing Christmas tree  for the drags.
I'm sure we could scrounge up some prizes for 1st-3rd place.

Gene the picture just isn't right with you guys missing lol!

I'll remember my radar gun this year for those of you that truly want to know how fast your going. As a reference I hit 70 on my R (mostly stock with bolt on's & clean up porting) with 20" tires & 13/39 gears. Be cool to see an R hit 90 on sand!
