Blows coolant hose off

When I first rode my 250r with the 350 kit I was at sandlake and I had gotten it pretty hot admittedly I don't have a in line temp guage I'm working on getting one but it was hot and we stopped for a break and about a minute after I shut it off it blew a radiator hose off the clutch cover it was the one connected to the cool side of the radiator. I didn't know what to think about it I just put water back in it and tightened it back down and off I went but this weekend at Florence it happened again after getting it hot it blew it off again so same thing I put water back in it and tightened it again then it happens one last time in a hole shot I got off my bike to help get someone else's bike started and it popped the hose off again. It only is draining what is in that hose then nothing else comes out but when I put more water in it I make sure to burp it and make sure I have enough in it and I can see water circulating and hot water coming in so my leading theory is the overflow line is clogged some where and creating pressure then blowing off the easiest one.

On a CEO the water enters in the front. I believe I have it on right and putting it together it did raise some questions so I looked at other bikes to confirm. I don't know why I didn't ask

Are you mixing water and coolant? Are you using tap water? Running stock radiator? Are the hoses good?

I am using just hose water with water wetter I don't believe that that makes a difference but if it does I'd rather have it than not and I know I should be using regular coolant but for when I broke it in if it did leak I didn't want to waste coolant then it blew a radiator hose off so I didnt change it. But yes stock radiator and hoses and they seem to be fine

If you run straight water in your engine (which isn't recommended) at least run only distilled water. Tap water has minerals that will cause corrosion & ultimately end up hurting your engine. Coolant has lubricating properties that will protect the cooling system parts on your engine.

Flush it and run coolant. If you are not running premixed coolant, as mentioned, only mix with distilled water.

I only run tap water the first time I fill it and if it dosent leak or have any issues I swap out for regular coolant. And yes it is slightly kinked but not enough to alter flow much I don't think.
