I’ve used DBC Racing for all of my vapor honing. Blake is meticulous and is always a pleasure to work with. They also do engine rebuild services, and deal in OEM and aftermarket parts too. I feel very fortunate to have DBC Racing local to me in West Michigan.

Here are some photos of what we vapor blasted this week and last.  Keep in mind engines must be 100% disassembled before vapor blasting.  Blasting a complete engine is too risky as media will ALWAYS find its way in!

that was going to be my question.  so all the bearings got to be pulled/replaced?  Has anyone figured out a good way to change out that clutch arm bearing in the left case?

Yes, all bearings must be pulled prior to vapor blasting.  With my blind puller I can get the upper clutch arm bearing out but the lower stays in the cases.  I have a verity of small rubber plugs that I use to block off all of the holes / passages and bearing bore for that specific area of the case.  Works like a charm!
