For Sale - Parts / LED PUMA 431cc ENGINE FOR SALE

LED Puma engine for sale $6,000 USD,
Hey guys, a lot of you have most likely seen my LED ktm/puma hybrid for sale back in late 2015, after driving from Alberta to Oregon to pick it up and then trying to bring it back into Canada I ran into some issues, long story short (no need to go into detail) the quad got seized and I got handed a hefty fine if wanted to get it back from the CBSA (Canadian border security agency) after the long process of trying to appeal the seizure and maybe get the fine reduced I received the letter with there final decision and they will not reduce the fine, soo if I ever want to get it back I will have to pay the boat load of cash and sell the engine to help pay the cost for now, then atleast I will have my chassis back that I sunk $4000 into, then eventually buy all the engine parts again to have Arlan build me a new engine again, I do not have the quad in my possession, want to see if anyone is interested in this engine before I go and max out my credit card to get it back.

For Sale - Complete Bikes / LED ktm/puma smartcarb build for sale

Up for sale my LED built dream quad, hate to have to do this but with lots of extreme life changes in the past year I have no choice.

quad frame is registered to Alberta,Canada but quad it self is still at LED performance in Gresham Oregon
these are the only pics I have at the moment, will have a newer seat and after market bumper and graphics removed with new custom rad shroud graphics, also should mention it has extended swingarm, missing rear brakes (but I can ship it) will also include wider sx a-arms and tie rods (will also have to ship)
frame has been modified to fit smartcarb and also has frame gusset kit installed, quad is wired for lights

heres some pics of the final bill and email Arlan sent me after taking it for a test drive, also should have the dyno sheet posted soon (made around 70hp)

make an offer, I have close to 20,000$ into this build but I know realistically I won't get that back, will also consider selling just the engine alone and will post in a different thread, serious inquiries only please

Projects / Ktm/trx250r 431 led puma build

Well after my ktm/cr500 build turned out to be a big mistake I sold the engine and started a ktm/trx250r build, after fitting the engine swingarm mount and bottom mounts I had my local mod shop fab the front engine mounts and a fatty pipe made to fit the chassis, after putting 10 hours on it and not being able to take the smile off my face when riding it I decided its time for some more horsepower :) I contacted arlan at led preformance about building a 431 puma engine and custom exhaust and intake and he was excited to take on the build :) I found a good engine that has only been opened up once and a low hour 525xc rolling chassis to start this build fresh, arlan should be starting to work on the engine this month and then I have to ship him the chassis.


Plans for build
Engine:
-431cc CPI puma big bore kit
-led custom porting
-welded and balanced crank with ktm rod
-sling shot clutch
-cyroed and back cut tranny
-Ricky stator ignition to run lights/fan
-led exhaust and intake
-40mm billit smart carb


Chassis:
-plus 4 swing arm
-shocks ?
-all black plastics
-custom rad decals
-carbon fiber steering stem/bars/tie rods
-sx a-arms/seat/fuel tank
-presision steering damper/antivibe bar clamp


Here's some pics of the swingarm mount and front mount, I'm gonna let arlan do the bottom mounts, more pics to come

Engine and Bottom End / Puma tranny?

I'm gonna start buying parts to build a puma engine soon for my ktm 2stroke conversion, looking for some input on what kind of tranny I should run, it's gonna be mostly for dune/trails/wot dirt roads and hopefully be built by led and in the 80 hp range maybe higher in the future, what do you guys think I should go with? Oem cyroed and backcut, Oem/Yukon cyroed and backcut, or wait for the billet Oem if it does ever happen?
