Re: 2018 Winchester 250r meet
We should apoint someone to take charge. There was tons of Rs there, but only forum members came to Sunday's ride! I think we can out-do the east coast gathering, just gotta round everyone up. Well seeing as I picked the date and location and also tired to organize the group rides.... I kinda thought I was in charge lol January 08, 2018, 06:02:17 PM |

Re: 2018 Winchester 250r meet
One downside is I will not join Facebook! I’m reluctant to post it on Facebook but just trying to get more to show but they all said they’d show an never did January 08, 2018, 10:31:18 PM |

Weight Loss Competition
I was thinking maybe we could do something. We have guys getting back into racing. Some of us just need to lose the LBS. So maybe make a compition out of it. I was thinking maybe make the enter fee a 20 to 50 dollar out of your stash. Then at the end of the year. The guy that loses the most weight. Wins the parts lot. You can also look at it as gaining horsepower. We could have a weekly or monthly weigh in and maybe a leader board to keep track. Just an idea. I thought I would throw it out there.

Re: The Dream Build
So finally progress folks. Engines in arms are on, pipe and seat cover came and shocks are on the way. This one willl finally be done in the coming weeks. I have the swinger also but it had to go back to powder cause I screwed something up in a spot with the powder that was on there. June 17, 2018, 07:46:35 AM |

Re: RADIATOR HOSE CLAMPS
I use a lot of the European style hose clamps with Mercedes being my favorite. BMW's are also good as both are the type that won't tear the hose, especially important with silicone hoses. You can also buy the wider banded stainless clamps that have a tail that protects the hose material from the clamp. Sometimes called F.I. clamps. The European clamps are usually a 6mm or 7mm hex, along with a #2 Phillips and a slot head, making trail repairs simpler. desertR August 04, 2018, 10:54:59 PM |

Re: Need polishing with free return shipping? Come check us out here at race reflections
getting some parts ready to ship. I'll post the before and after pics He does nice work, do ask about those tight inside corners that require handtools if you want that level of polish. December 03, 2018, 11:59:20 PM |

Re: 2019 250R Calendar
I think the place I started with was Lulu. They do calendars/books/etc. It’s a basic set up. Nothing fancy. Like I said, except for the first couple years, mine was built from scratch..pain in the ass. Haha If someone is going to do it, remember my guidelines about pixels. More pixels the better.
