Thanks for the info I didn't know about the timing mark being missing on the cr cranks. I'm still on the hunt for a tinless cr250 crank.

Not all the spec's, that's why I'm looking for a used one to double check if it will work. I know they are shorter on the flywheel side and longer on the clutch side the trx/atc cranks.  But if that's all that's different I can make it work for sure.

I'm looking for a used 05-07 cr250 tin less crank for atc250r project. I know I can buy a new one but I want to use a long rod and I need to do some machining to the crank for this project that's why I haven't bought a new one yet.

Well i have a 86 and a 89 cr500 witch motor should I use ? I know the 89 need the crank rebuilt thats why I'm planning on stroking it while I'm in there

I'm not sure if I want to go with the liger jug cause I know what this will make a great big snow ball that going to require a lot more parts to hold and use the full potential of power those parts can make BUT DAMN it would be fun to ride lol. Thanks for the info so far I just need to sh%t or get off the pot on this project

I'm looking to build a cr500 for a pulling bike I'm looking for info on where to get parts or who is good with these 500 motors if I'm going to spend the money I don't to blow it on any rum dumb with a grinder. I'm looking for a drag pipe for it too. I'm probley going to use the cr500 frame and make it a 3 wheeler.
