For dunes 3 plus 2 is as wide as you wana go, any more and you will get bad bump steer.

I prefer 4 plus 1 for MX and woods riding.

Ya, I'm pretty sure the rear shock is unique to the 250r. The bottom hole is larger than 450's and the 400ex shock is much shorter.

I would be surprized if was not a option for the most popular race quad though. They sell the 2.0 shock for the banshee for cry out loud, that's not even a race quad or at least not for MX racing.

Dose anyone know the part number for the new Fox rear shock for a 86 trx250R.  The gold colored gen 2 with the kashima coating....

Its is listed for sale on some sites for trx250r's. but I cant find anything for my machine on the fox site. or from my local Fox shock Rep

Any news on this guys, I ordered a set of Red.

I was told the blue and orange will be done in January and the Black Red and White will be done at the end of Febuary.

I hope the shipping is not what has been stated that seems like a lot.
