Engine and Bottom End / Major Hot Rods Stroker Crank Issue

My cases aren't notched and I have a 4mil crank. I have a older one so maybe that's why. I do have a spacer plate. Eddie built my motor like 2 years ago and still going strong with 205psi on snap on compression tester.

100 ft is no more. They did build a few tracks in Millville and opened some trails at motor sports park.

That's what I thought to but I just can not find another one like it. I even had it at my local shop and he couldn't even figure it out. they did say it looks well built and everything

Can someone help me figure out what kind of swingarm is this? The only one I find that is close is a roll design one.
