Suspension and Chassis / Ok folks, needing some info on the 450R swingarm set up

If you need any measurements from the 04-05 swingarm let me know. I have one with all bearings and bushings along with linkage. I plan on swapping it into my frame this fall/winter but the frame is a Lonestar no link not a stock frame.

I would recomend using the stock stator as a charging coil with a trail tech regulator and battery. Then you can use an MSD 4217. You will have to make a custom map. There are plenty of pictures on here and other sites where people have plotted out the mapping of a few different cr and trx CDIs

How much wheel travel will you have? Laying the shock over by mounting it towards the rear of the swing arm allows you to gain ground clearance. Not having anything hanging below the swing arm helps us woods riders.

I'm just jealous you get to keep your airbox without modifying it.  Looks good!
