Any updates on when the next batch of Kickers will be made by chance?

I don't quite know. I have a very large project that I need to finish before I work on any of my own stuff again unfortunately.

I true up the bore on the OEM kicker and oversize it. Then size match it to a knuckle with an oversized post.

I got the kicker and knuckles mated tonight. I take it back, the gold zinc looks amazing.

Modifying the stock kickers was successful in my experiments. Any particular information you are looking for regarding that?

It wasn't intended to be that bright. Thought the combo would look better on a new kicker, but I think something more subtle next time may be a better choice.

Yellow zinc too flashy? It was either this, or black.

That is the intention. I am working on a mod to fix your OEM kickers as well.

More work than I care to admit. There are multiple variations of those knuckles and they all have subtle differences in them. It took a long time to come up with a solution that satisfies every iteration of the knuckle that Honda produced.

Been playing with different ideas and designs. I think I have a concept that I am happy with.

I'll post it tomorrow on FB for feedback.

Can't say that I have ever enjoyed getting hit in the shin by a 250R kicker.

Always wear a boot. These aren't banshees.

An aluminum stator cover will yield $2-$3 in scrap chips.

Most just message me on Facebook (Sonny Fricia). I am in some of the TRX rider groups.

You can also email me as well, but no site yet. Too many projects and I just haven't had a chance to get around to building a site.

I try to be respectful of the forum rules, so I don't plug my parts or sell on here.

High speed still has a place. Not generally in my shop, but there is still a place for it :)

I still grind my own custom tools for the manual lathe.

Thanks for keeping the group current.

Gen 2 valves finished machining this week and go to anodize on Monday. Really happy with the way these turned out.
