Lounge / 2 stroke vs 4 stroke

I know there is tons of topics on this but wanted new info from you guys I have been a 2 stroke faithful for longest time I've only owned 1 4 stroke and barley rode  it

What is gain in going to a 4 stroke

What is maintenace difference between the 2 and 4

And price wise on the maintenace keep up
